Understanding Exodus, Second Edition

In 1969 Professor Greenberg published his Understanding Exodus, covering Exodus 1-11. In this second edition, introduced and edited by Jeffrey H. Tigay, the author's corrections and revisions are incorporated, along with a new foreword. In addition, a new appendix, "e;Questions for Uncovering the Message of a Biblical Text,"e; is included, which provides the reader with a succinct articulation of Greenberg's approach to exegesis.
