What a breath of fresh air. This book definitely comes from place of experience showing a wealth of knowledge on the hustle and grind takes to be successful. But more importantly how to know when to step back and take care of yourself and those around you that are supporting that passion. The writer has done an amazing job putting into words what so many of us are feeling and needing when away from work. Beautifully written I could not recommend this book enough to entrepreneurs and hard workers alike!

This book breaks down what it means to be a workaholic. The reasons and rationales it can happen and what you can do to stop it and make your life more manageable in clear and easy steps. Perfect for yourself or learning how to deal with someone you love who works too long...too hard...and too much. Great job.

This book really hit home for me. Stress management is the key! I had no idea there were so many negative affects to overworking, one being a shorter lifespan.

Good follow up book from the first one. This one about Harlow and Keaton. They have many ups and downs in their relationship and having lots of personal problems with Keaton there is lots of drama in this book.
