He has published more than 50 books and has also appeared as a weapons expert on documentaries for Discovery, National Geographic, and the BBC.Johnny Shumate is a freelance illustrator living in Nashville, Tennessee. Most of his work is rendered in Adobe Photoshop using a Cintiq monitor.Alan Gilliland is a writer, illustrator and publisher who has contributed to more than 70 Osprey titles.
