Seasonal Prayers

Seasonal Prayers: Stevenson, Ignatius, Anselm, a Mozarabic voice, Kalidasa, an Irish blessing - English readings, each followed by Tchaikovsky at the piano, Anton Kingsbury. Family, hope, trust, gratitude, the coming year. The Big Nest's year in petitions and Russian melody. Not a single liturgy. A sequence of old asks, then piano that does not explain them. For turning seasons. Bible, saints, and a few neighbours in one hour of speech and keys. A year of asks, Tchaikovsky between them.
