He has over thirty years experience in education including as a school teacher, advisor, lecturer and researcher.Deborah Lambert has a wealth of experience as a class teacher and as a lecturer in Further Education at the Learning Institute in Cornwall and Devon. Deborah is an Outdoor Learning Consultant and delivers cross-curricular INSET and training sessions for schools.Michelle Roberts is currently an assistant headteacher, sports partnership director, qualified primary consultant in PE and outdoor learning.
