The volume reproduces the materials of the roundtable debate that took place at the seventh Workshop.
Claus Dieter Ehlermann is Professor of Law at the European University Institute in Florence, Senior Counsel to Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr LLP in Brussels, and a former member of the Appellate Body of the WTO. Isabela Atanasiu is Research Fellow at the Robert Schuman Centre of the European University Institute in Florence.
