    Diana Williams MSc, MRCSLT is a practising clinician in the health service as well as a teacher and writer in communication skills for health professionals. She is the author for several books including Communication Skills in Practice, published by Jessica Kingsley and winner of the 1998 Medical Management Book of the Year.
