Marta Bertolaso is Assistant Professor of Philosophy of Science, Faculty of Engineering and Institute of Philosophy of the Scientific and Technological Practice, University Campus Bio-Medico of Rome. She previously won the Philips National competition for Young Researchers with a study on 'Experimental verification of the initial events in germination' and is currently Visiting Fellow at Egenis, University of Exeter.
