Recensioner i media
The volume is lavishly illustrated with both maps and photographs [and] handsomely produced as ever, strong on matters with which local historians often need assistance, clear in its framework and amply supplied with footnotes to a wide variety of sources. It will provide an excellent reference book and a stepping point for more elaborate and discursive accounts of the history of these parishes.
