Tale of Two Bad Mice

While the dolls Lucinda and Jane are out for a drive, two mice sneak into a beautiful doll's-house and discover the feast is plaster, the food is fake, and temper can wreck a nursery toy palace. Mischief, disappointment, and a furious tidy-up follow in their tiny footprints. Spoken as when two bad mice still ask what play teaches when the banquet will not feed them.
