Her many books have won the Silver Medal Smarties Prize, the Nasen Special Needs Award, the Sheffield Children's Book Award and the Red House Children's Book Award.;Brian Fitzgerald is an Irish illustrator who lives and works in Dun Laoghaire. He won the Bologna Fair International Silent Book Competition in 2014.
