Coming Clean

On June 30, 2017 rap artist Jay-Z, released his new album 4:44 where he indirectly “Comes Clean” about his infidelity.  The confessional lyrics in many of the songs reveal the messy truth of what went down between he and Beyonce behind closed doors.  His new album has been unconditionally embraced by a Millennial audience that want authenticity, even if it introduces ugly truths instead of a picture-perfect facade.

In Coming Clean, Anthony Knotts shares with us that like Millennials, God wants us to be genuine; He rejects our phony posturing and fake apologies masquerading as true biblical repentance.  Jay Z used his gift of rapping to “Come Clean” about his private mistakes and hidden struggles.  God has given us the gift of repentance to Come Clean of our mistakes and guilty pleasures.  This book has been written to show you how to be vulnerable in the presence of a loving God and how to achieve victory over hidden struggles and besetting sins.
