Easy and clear to understand even
I'm not a great cook. In fact a terrible cook. However I needed something easy to pickup and make a special dinner for my wife who clearly loves Asian food. I picked a random recipe and was able to make a great dinner due to the easy to understand directions. My wife thought the food was great but thought it was a cop out to use her own book for the meal.

Roll Roll Roll your way into Asian Cooking!
Needed a quick reference for some Asian food. Picked this book because I love, love did I say love Egg Rolls and this book has a Ton of Roll recipes. I am going to make the Dragon Roll tonight. I have never tried dumplings but I am inspired now with the great Photo guides that are in here. It took the fear out of making them. All in all a great and easy to follow recipe book.

The perfect wok book
Wonderful book for first time and seasoned cook. It tells you what tools you need and food items that you need for your pantry. It also has many recipes with detailed descriptions. The great part about cooking Chinese is that you can control what you put in your recipe and experiment to your own taste.
