Sir David Moxon is Archbishop Emeritus of the Anglican Church in Aotearoa New Zealand and Polynesia. The Rt. Rev’d Prof. Stephen Pickard is the Executive Director of the Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture, and Director of the Centre for Public and Contextual Theology.
