Dr. Sohail Saif currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Application within the School of Information Science and Technology at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal. Previously, he held the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, specializing in Cyber Security, at Haldia Institute of Technology. Furthermore, he has contributed as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on a research project sponsored by WBDST. Dr. Saif obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal. He pursued his M.Tech in Software Engineering, earning a Gold Medal, and completed his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, all from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, WB, in 2014 and 2018, respectively. Additionally, he successfully passed the National Eligibility Test (NET) examination in 2022. His research interests encompass a broad spectrum, including IoT, Network Security, WSN (Wireless Sensor Networks), Machine Learning, and Cryptography. Dr. Saif has made significant contributions to academia, with numerous research papers published in SCIE/Scopus indexed journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings. Moreover, he actively participates as a reviewer for various journals and serves as a program committee member for international conferences. In addition to his academic and research contributions,Dr. Saif has also coordinated an AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) online Faculty Development Program (FDP). He currently serves as an editor for four renowned international journals: Scientific Reports, Discover Artificial Intelligence (Nature Portfolio), PLOS ONE and SWCC, Bentham Science.Dr. Samit Kumar Ghosh currently serves as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology at Khalifa University in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kalyani University, West Bengal, India, followed by an M.Tech. in Electronics System and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, Odisha, India. He earned his Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, Hyderabad. His research interests encompass biomedical signal processing, machine learning, deep learning for healthcare, time-frequency Analysis, non-stationary signal processing, telehealthcare monitoring, and communication engineering. He has authored over 41 publications in refereed international journals and conferences, including IEEE, Springer, and Elsevier, and contributed to several book chapters. He has presented his research work at prominent conferences and actively serves as a regular reviewer for various international journals and conferences.Dr. Seemanti Saha received the B.Tech. degree in electronics and communication engineering from the University of Kalyani, India, in 2002 and the M.Tech. degree in electronics and electrical communication engineering with specialization in telecommunication system engineering from IIT Kharagpur, India, in 2006. She has obtained her Ph.D. degree from IIT Kharagpur, India, in 2014 in the area of wireless communication. Presently she is working as an Associate Professor at National Institute of Technology Patna, India since 2013 to till date. Her primary research interests include detection and estimation in Physical layer issues of wireless communication, Application of machine learning/deep learning in communication, V2X Communication, UAV communications, Cognitive radio network, Full-duplex communication, 5G/6G radio, Detection and estimation theory, IoT etc. She has many papers in reputed journals and international conferences. She is the principal investigator of couple of projects. She has guided and is guiding couple of PhD students. Dr. Saha is a member IEEE and lifetime member of InRaSS/URSI. She serves as a reviewer of internationally reputed journals such as, IEEE, Elsevier, Springer etc.Dr. Suparna Biswas is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering in Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, WB. She has received ME and Ph.D from Jadavpur University, West Bengal. She has been an ERASMUS MUNDUS Post Doctoral research fellow in cLINK project in Northumbria University, Newcastle, UK. She has successfully completed two funded research projects in the capacity of PI and Co-PI in the area of smart healthcare. She has successfully guided 6 PhD research scholars in the broad domain of Healthcare and Network Security. She has been the lead Editor in publishing an Edited volume on “IoT based smart healthcare” by Springer, another one is under its final stage before publication. She has been lead organizing chair in organizing International Conference, acted as session chair in International Conferences, IEEE, Springer etc. She has delivered a number of Invited lectures in Seminar, Workshop, Webinar, Tutorial Lectures in International Conferences, conducted special sessions in International conferences, organized workshops etc. She has co-authored about 100 research papers published in Q1 journals, conferences and as book chapters of international repute. She has been awarded with two International patents for innovation in development of Smart health monitoring assistance prototype for Parkinson’s diseased elderly. Her areas of research interests are Internet of Things, Smart Healthcare, Network Security, Machine Learning etc. She is a senior member of IEEE.Dr. Nauman Aslam is Professor of Network Systems and Security in the Department of Computer and Information Sciences, Northumbria University, UK. Before joining Northumbria University as a Senior Lecturer in 2011, he worked as an Assistant Professor at Dalhousie University, Canada. He received his PhD in Engineering Mathematics from Dalhousie University, Canada in 2008. Professor Aslam is leading the Cyber Security and Network Systems (CyberNets) research group at Northumbria University. His research interests cover diverse but interconnected areas related to communication networks. His current research efforts are focused at addressing problems related to wireless body area networks and IoT, network security, QoS-aware communication in industrial wireless sensor networks and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in communication networks. He has led an Erasmus Mundus Action-2 project titled Sustainable Green Economies through Learning, Innovation, Networking and Knowledge Exchange (gLINK), which is funded by the European Union (worth 3.03 million Euros). He has published over 100 papers in peer-reviewed journals and conference. Professor Aslam is a member of IEEE.
