In this volume key legal concepts are being examined from a criminological, criminal law and literary perspective, which have either been discussed again or even emerged since the Dreyfus affair. The focus is on the critical discussion of coherent terminology, which is linked to our respective specialist history, as legal interpretation theory and the philologies have developed in dialogue since the 19th century.
