Claudia Dias is an Assistant Professor at the University of Beira Interior (UBI), where she teaches at doctoral, master’s, and bachelor’s levels in the Department of Management and Economics. She is also an Integrated Researcher at NECE/UBI - Research Center for Business Sciences, where she served as Coordinator of the Research Group “Entrepreneurship, Competitiveness and Innovation”. Claudia is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development and the author of several articles published in leading journals, including Business Strategy and the Environment, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research, Sustainable Development, and Journal of Rural Studies.Christina Theodoraki is Full professor in Entrepreneurship at IAE Aix-Marseille University. She is elected Program Chair at the Academy of Management, Entrepreneurship Division.
