This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 19th International Conference on Text, Speech, and Dialogue, TSD 2016, held in Brno, CzechRepublic, in September 2016.The 62 papers presented together with 3 abstracts of invited talks were carefully reviewed and selected from 127 submissions.
