Miller is a community organizer, interdisciplinary teacher, and scholar who specializes in religion, social movements, and resistance studies. Dr. Miller’s first monograph, Resisting Theology, Furious Hope includes chapters on The AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power (ACT UP), Occupy Wall Street, and #BlackLivesMatter.
