This book takes a close look at healthcare institutions from an organizational psychological point of view and supports them in overcoming hospital-specific challenges with the tools of the trade of systemic consulting. The authors provide insights into the scientifically sound and practical consulting experience of the Medical Organizational Psychology Section in Heidelberg.
