In the 40 years since Ruth C. Cohn developed theme-centered interaction (TCI), it has grown from an educational-therapeutic model to a comprehensive concept aimed at addressing personality development and group leadership. Alexander Trost, Facharzt für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie und Psychotherapie, Facharzt für Psychosomatische Medizin, systemischer Lehrtherapeut und Supervisor (DGSF), TZI-Lehrbeauftragter (RCI) und NLP-Master-Practitioner, ist in eigener Praxis als Supervisor, Dozent und Autor tätig. Anja von Kanitz ist geschäftsführende Redakteurin der TZI-Fachzeitschrift und tätig in Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung.Mina Schneider-Landolf, Diplom-Psychologin, ist TZI-Lehrbeauftragte, Psychotherapeutin und Supervisorin in Berlin.Dr. Jochen Spielmann arbeitet als Hochschulentwickler, Supervisor und Coach DGSv an der TU Braunschweig und an vielen Hochschulen. Dabei verknüpft er Personal-, Team-, Projekt- und Organisationsentwicklung mit TZI. Er ist seit 2007 Lehrbeauftragter für TZI des Ruth Cohn Institute for TCI-international und hat bereits 2009 die erste Auflage des Handbuchs initiiert und mit herausgegeben. Dr. Walter Zitterbarth, Diplom-Psychologe, ist TZI-Lehrbeauftragter, systemischer Lehrtherapeut und Hochschullehrer in Marburg.
