Metaphors Used on Polish and American Internet Forums for Mothers

Marta Gierczyńska-Kolas graduated from Trinity College, Dublin, and completed her doctoral studies in Linguistics at the University of Gdańsk. Currently she works as an Assistant Professor at the Pomeranian Academy in Słupsk, Poland. Her publications focus on conceptual metaphors, colour vocabulary and Multimodal Discourse Analysis.
