News of Al -Tafaf and Al -Mathalin is a book on attitudes of the flaws and the producers, composed by Al -Hafiz Ibn Al -Jawzi, the author collects in the book two types of news: news of circumstances and customs, and news of the Mujoun and the producers, and there is an overlap of a kind between the circumstance and the prominent, because of the proximity of their subjects, the prominent in language books, that no A person care about what was made, and as for the circumstance, it is the pun of what is required of shame, and the intimidation of speech and its rhetoric. Ibn al -Jawzi divided his book into three main chapters, Chapter One: While he mentioned the men, and he mentioned five sections: While it is narrated from the prophets, peace be upon them, while it is narrated from the Companions, while it is narrated from the scholars, while it is narrated from the Arabs, while it is narrated from the commoners. As for the second chapter: what is mentioned about the women, and the third chapter: what was mentioned about the boys.
