Beskrivning
The Oboe Concerto Nangma was composed in 1985. It is the first oboe concerto composed by DY in China using modern techniques (such as playing harmony, overtone and microtone on the oboe). It was untitled at the beginning, and later due to the rich Tibetan style of the music. Therefore, the title of the concerto was named after the Tibetan classical song and dance music Nangma. It premiered at the Hong Kong Asian Arts Festival in 1985.
