Text in English and Danish. Linguistic studies in honour of Hans Basbøll presented on the occasion of his 60th birthday 12 July 2003. This is a collection of 29 linguistic papers spanning as diverse areas as phonology, morphology, language acquisition, computational linguistics, linguistic theory, and model-building -- all areas to which Hans Basbøll, professor of Scandinavian linguistics at the University of Southern Denmark, Odense, has contributed in significant ways. The contributors are linguists from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, New Zealand, Norway, and USA. Beyond the papers, the book contains a bibliography on Hans Basbøll's work from 1968 to 2003.
