Christian Tams is Professor of International Law at the University of Glasgow. His research focuses on questions of dispute resolution, state responsibility and investment law. In addition to his academic work, he has advised States in proceedings before the International Court of Justice and the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea.Malgosia Fitzmaurice has a PhD from the University of Warssaw. She is a Professor of International Law at Queen Mary University of London. Her research is focused on the law of treaties, international environmental law; indigenous peoples and Arctic law.
