Netherlands Yearbook of International Law:2000

The 2000 Netherlands Yearbook of International Law contains expert articles on issues such as `General International Law in the European Court of Justice: From Hypothesis to Reality'; `Environmental Non-compliance Procedures and International Law'; and `The Legal Status of the 1989 Australia--Indonesia Timor Gap Treaty Following the End of Indonesian Rule in East Timor'. The documentation section surveys Dutch state practice for the parliamentary year 1998--1999; international agreements to which The Netherlands is a party; Netherlands judicial decisions and municipal legislation involving questions of public international law; and Dutch literature in the field of public international law and related matters.
