The present publication in CICIL series which has attempted to enlist in one single sequence the national information resources in communication, lnformation and Librarianship, of 33 important Delhi libraries, is intended to serve three purposes among others. Additionally, to Acquisition Librarian it will help indicate the gaps and to Reference Librarian a pointer for referral service
