Thoughts Reflections and Musings, an anthology of essays is an initiative of the Sambalpur Public Library, a young institution set up in 2003. From time to time, the library invites seers, peers, scholars, and professionals from all across the country and abroad to interact with and share their thoughts and ideas with the members of the library and other guests. Their discourses are preserved in the archives of the library for posterity. The book has incorporated some such articles other than a few solicited essays by eminent scholars and researchers in their chosen field of study. The articles cover a gamut of subjects, themes, and issues that touch our lives both in the spiritual plain and in mundane affairs. The contributors are well-known scholars, researchers, and professionals in their areas of study and vocation. Some of the articles are reflections and ruminations, some are the product of rigorous research and a few others are born out of experience and observation by the authors in contemporary moments, miliue and context.
