This edited volume is a sequel to Volume One of the series "Learning to Share," edited by members of the SRIJ group and published in 1997 by the Concept Publishing Company. The contributors to this volume are development practitioners, engaged in Participatory Action Research (PAR). Their contributions in this volume are the outputs of "participatory research" based on open-ended field inquiry and action as distinct from conventional "academic research."
