Dr. V. B. Sakhare is Principal of Yogeshwari Mahavidyalaya,Ambajogai (Maharashtra). He has 26 years’ experience as an outstanding teacher and researcher and has done pioneering work in the field of Reservoir Fisheries, Limnology and Fish Biology. Prof.Sakhare has successfully organized more than 7 conferences and workshops.Prof. Sakhare is member of Board of Studies in Zoology of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Walchand College of Arts and Science, Solapur (Autonomous college).Prof. Sakhare has authored/edited more than 45 books. He is a recognized research guide of Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, and Solapur University, Solapur.His exemplary qualifications and experience in the field of ‘Inland Fisheries’ has benefited to several students as well as fish farmers and produced 4 Doctoral candidates, as also led to publications to spread his knowledge across diaspora.Dr. A. D. Chalak is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Zoology at Late Shankarrao Gutte Mahavidyalaya, Dharmapuri (Maharashtra). She obtained her Ph.D. from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. She has more than seven years teaching and research experience. She is a recognized research guide of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Dr. Chalak is also working as Associate Editor of an international journal ‘Ecology and Fisheries’ (ISSN 0974-6323). She has published morethan 20 research papers and five books. She also organized ‘Student Solar Ambassador Workshop’ on 2nd October 2019.Dr. B. Vasanthkumar is presently working as Professor and Head of the Department of Zoology at Department of Zoology,Sir M.V. Government Science Degree College,Bhadravathi (Karnataka). He is recipient of summer research fellowship of Indian Academy of Science for year 2014 and 2017-18. He has published more than 70 research papers in the national and international journals and more than 60 popular science articles in different aspects of ecology and environment. He has also published 12 text books for under graduate students of Karnataka University, Dharwad. He is co-author of reference books like ‘Aquatic Ecosystem and its management’ ‘Applied Ecology’ ‘Advances in Aquatic Ecology (Volume 7&8)’ and ‘Emerging Trends in Fisheries and Aquaculture’. Dr.Vasanthkumar also guided four students for M.Phil.
