He is also Associate Director of the Centre for University and School Partnership and Editor of the Journal of Basic Education. Leslie Lo is Professor in the Department of Educational Administration and Policy, Faculty of Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also Director of the Hong Kong Institute of Educational Research and the Hong Kong Centre for the Development of Educational Leadership. Allan Walker is Professor in the Department of Educational Administration and Policy, Faculty of Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also Associate Director of the Hong Kong Centre for the Development of Educational Leadership.
