Beskrivning
Automated machine learning (AutoML) simplifies the development of machine learning models by automating tasks such as data preprocessing, feature selection, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning. It enables both experts and non-experts to build accurate and efficient models with minimal effort. AutoML improves productivity, scalability, and consistency while reducing human bias and errors. Widely used across domains like healthcare, finance, and education, it accelerates innovation and makes advanced AI technologies more accessible and practical for real-world applications. This book provides a comprehensive overview of AutoML techniques, applications, and future directions. It explores advancements in image processing using CNNs, benchmarking frameworks, and automated feature engineering. The book highlights the role of AutoML in explainable AI, healthcare, education, security, and agriculture. It also covers emerging areas such as LLM-based applications and reinforcement learning, demonstrating how AutoML enhances efficiency, scalability, and intelligent decision-making across diverse real-world domains.
