After picturing a big-view of multi-planning structure on city/county territory, this book is pioneered to generate the One Blueprint theoretical framework: 1) The nature of One Blueprint lies in guiding the coordination of multiple spatial intervention actions and instruments; 2) For any form and content of spatial related planning, the nature of spatial intervention can be deconstructed into the following three sub-system including Spatial “Areas” Zoning, Spatial “Elements” Allocating, and Spatial “Patterns” Shaping.
