Ferdous is an Associate Professor of Public Administration at Comilla University, Bangladesh. Dr. Ferdous holds a Ph.D. in Development Studies. Her research interests include population migration policy, trust, gender, public policy, climate change, and development. Dr Ferdous has significantly contributed to the academic discourse in her areas of interest. She has published several books on governance, gender, contemporary issues, and migration with Springer and Routledge, as well as numerous refereed articles. Dr Ferdous has presented papers, chaired sessions, and served as keynote speaker at many national and international academic conferences.
