T​his three-volume set constitues selected papers presented at the 18th International Conference on Computer Science and Education, ICCSE 2023, held in Sepang, Malaysia, in December 2023. 
The 106 full papers and 36 short papers presented were thoroughly reviewed and selected from the 305 submissions.
