Vikrant Bhateja is associate professor in Department of Electronics Engineering Faculty of Engineering and Technology (UNSIET), Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. He holds a doctorate in ECE (Bio- Medical Imaging) with a total academic teaching experience of 20 years with around 190 publications in reputed international conferences, journals and online book chapter contributions; out of which 39 papers are published in SCIE indexed high impact factored journals. One of his papers published in Review of Scientific Instruments (RSI) Journal (under American International Publishers) has been selected as “Editor Choice Paper of the Issue'' in 2016. Among the international conference publications, four papers have received “Best Paper Award''. He has been instrumental in chairing/co-chairing around 30 international conferences in India and abroad as Publication/TPC chair and edited 52 book volumes from Springer-Nature as a corresponding/co-editor/author on date. Hong Lin received his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China. Before he joined the University of Houston-Downtown (UHD), he was a postdoctoral research associate at Purdue University, and an assistant research officer at the National Research Council, Canada. Dr. Lin is currently a Professor in Computer Science with UHD. His research interests include cognitive intelligence, human-centered computing, parallel/distributed computing, and big data analytics. He is the supervisor of the Grid Computing Lab and a co-founder of the Data Center at UHD. Dr. Lin currently serves as the program director for the Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence program at UHD. Dr. Lin is a senior member of the Association for Computing Machinery(ACM).Milan Simic holds PhD, Masters and Bachelor of Electronics Engineering, and Graduate Diploma in Education. He is currently with RMIT University, School of Engineering. At the same time, he is Professor: MB, Faculty of Business and Law, Belgrade, Serbia; Adjunct Professor: Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), School of Computer Engineering, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India; Honorary Editor: KES Journal; Editor: International Transactions on Evolutionary and Metaheuristic Algorithms; Former Associate Director: Australia-India Research Centre for Automation Software Engineering, RMIT University. He has comprehensive experience from industry (Honeywell Information Systems), Research institute and Academia, from Europe and Australia. For his innovations and other contributions, he has received prestigious awards and recognitions. Dr Simic is member of large number of engineering and science associations. Jinshan Tang is a professor of Health Informatics in the Department of Health Administration and Policy. Before joining George Mason University, Dr. Tang was a full professor in the College of Computing at Michigan Technological University and a Founding Director of the Joint Center for Biocomputing and Digital Health. Dr. Tang’s research covers broad areas related to image processing and artificial intelligence. His specific research interests include biomedical image analysis, biomedical imaging, artificial intelligence in medicine (e.g., computer-aided cancer detection, AI for COVID-19 detection). He has obtained over three million dollars grants as a PI or Co-PI and has published more than 110+ refereed journal and conference papers. He has also served as a committee member at various international conferences. He is a senior member of IEEE and a Co-chair of the Technical Committee on Information Assurance and Intelligent Multimedia-Mobile Communications, IEEE SMC society.Vustikayala Sivakumar Reddy is currently Vice Chancellor, Malla Reddy University, Hyderabad, India and has an experience of more than 25 years in Teaching and Industry put together. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, (IIT) Kharagpur, obtained his Ph.D. and he is versatile in multidisciplinary specializations in Signal Processing & Communications as well as Computer Science Engineering. His laurels include more than 150 Publications in reputed National and International Conferences and Journals. He is a fellow of IETE, Life Member of ISTE, Member of IEEE and member of CSI. He was awarded as “Best Teacher” in three consecutive Academic years with citation and cash award. He is the recipient of “India Jewel Award” for outstanding contribution to research in the field of Engineering and Technology. He is the Education Fellowship Awardee from British Council, UK to visit England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland Countries for analyzing the education system in UK. He is an accomplished academician, renowned speaker and visiting professor to various Universities in UK and Malaysia.
