More than 20 of his research publications have been published and are indexed in SCI and Scopus. He is also Member for ASME, ISTE, IEI, Indian Science Congress. He has organized seminars, FDPs, workshops, and other events as well as attended numerous national and international conferences. He has two patents, which is to his credit. Springer's International Conference ICIMES was successfully organized by him four times. To present his technical work at an ASME meeting that was supported by UGC, he flew to the University of Southern California in the states. For other academic and research endeavors, he has also been to nations like Singapore and the UAE. Dr. P H V Sesha Talpa Sai, Professor and Director (R&D), and Coordinator, Centre for Innovation, Incubation & Entrepreneurship (CIIE), is a dynamic and multi-talented personality with research orientation. He obtained his B. Tech. degree from SV University, M.E. degree from Osmania University and Doctoral degree from JNTU, Hyderabad. He has 14 years of industry experience in reputed organizations (automobile and manufacturing). He has association with industries such as HAL, BDL, and BHEL during his industrial carrier. He is also having 20 years of teaching and research experience. He is Visiting Faculty to Lincoln University College (LUC), Malaysia. He is guiding four Ph.D. scholars from different universities. He has 80 international and national publications/conference proceedings, 15 Patents including 3 International Patents Granted, 16 Books/Book Chapters to his credits. So far, he authored (and co-authored) over 90 research articles in peer-reviewed journals, books, and conferences. Under his guidance, 07 Ph.D. students are pursuing Ph.D. in the area of advanced composite structures. He is Recipient of Early Career Research Award 2017 from DST, Government of India. He has been recognized as one of the top 2% scientists in World by Elsevier currently holding the position of Associate Dean (Academic: Recognition & Accreditation).Dr. Avcar has been working as Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Suleyman Demirel University, Turkey, since 2018. He has over 18 years of teaching and research experience. He received his doctoral degree from Suleyman Demirel University in 2011 in the Department of Civil Engineering at the Branch of Mechanics. His research interests are mechanics of solids, advanced composite structures, and structural mechanics. To this point, he has authored (and co-authored) over 70 research articles in peer-reviewed journals, books, and conferences on the analysis of mechanical behaviors of different composite structures. He has been involved in the “Stanford University World Ranking Best 2% list of Scientists” three times (for the single year 2019, 2020, and 2021).
