Family Nursing in Action

Family Nursing in Action emphasizes translational knowledge in family nursing within a variety of different fields of nursing practice, education, and research around the world. The book has three main core bases where:

(a) practice models in family nursing are displayed;

(b) results of family nursing research and intervention are presented; and

(c) innovations in programs of nursing research within a variety of health care settings and systems are introduced.

Health problems that families around the globe are now confronted with do not only have complex origins but can also have a huge impact on families’ lives. There is a great need to focus on family perspectives within today’s health care services.
