As an Indian-American woman, Sandeep Kaur spent much of her youth holding prejudice against the Black community, unaware of her own anti-Blackness until she left her marriage and walked away from her Punjabi community.

Her book, Love & Prejudice: Unlearning Anti-Blackness as a South Asian, dives into the origins of anti-Blackness in the South Asian community and tackles "what-about-me" arguments people-of-color use when discussing anti-Blackness.
