Der Tiroler "Agrar-Krimi" hat viele unheimliche Facetten. Eine davon ist, dass die Grundlage für die flächendeckenden Regulierungen der Gemeindegrundstücke, welche sich als "Enteignungen" entpuppten, wohl unter dem NS-Regime in Osttirol gelegt wurde. Nicht nur das ist ein schwer verdauliches Erbe. Seit das Erkenntnis des Verfassungsgerichtshofes vom Juni 2008 klarstellte, dass die in den 1950er-Jahren in Nordtirol begonnene Übertragung von über 2.000 Quadratkilometern öffentlichem Gemeindegut auf bäuerliche Agrargemeinschaften verfassungswidrig passierte, befindet sich das Land Tirol in einem Ausnahmezustand. Obwohl die grundlegenden Aussagen zu den Übertragungen in den Folgejahren mehrfach von den Höchstgerichten wiederholt bzw. bestätigt wurden, müssen die betroffenen Gemeinden weiterhin um ihr Grundeigentum kämpfen.Wieder geht es um Macht. Wieder geht es um Geld. Und wieder scheinen die Gemeinden bzw. die Mehrheit der Tiroler gegenüber einer kleinen Minderheit den Kürzeren zu ziehen. Nicht "die Bauern" sind dabei ihre Gegner.
