Este libro contiene los artículos escritos por los miembros del Semillero de Filosofía Política y del Derecho (del Grupo de Investigación Politeia de la Escuela de Filosofía de la Universidad Industrial de Santander) sobre temas en torno a la justicia en contextos o en problemáticas concretos. Se quiere resaltar que este texto no es un mero compendio de reflexiones de miembros del semillero sobre la justicia en general y la justicia transicional en especial, sino que, además, es una muestra de la actividad desplegada desde el 2016 hasta el 2020 por todos sus integrantes, una muestra de que es posible articular, de forma diferente al modelo de enseñanza en el aula, la formación en investigación y la generación de conocimiento en los espacios universitarios. En otras palabras, el lector no solo encontrará aquí información relevante sobre la justicia, sino también una muestra pertinente de lo que pueden lograr los semilleros si cuentan con el compromiso de sus miembros y el apoyo institucional.
