Om författarnaAlain Lempereur innehar Alan B. Slifkas professur i konfliktlösning vid Brandeis University,USA. Tidigare professor vid handelshögskolan ESSEC i Paris där han bland annat startade upp förhandlingsforskningsinstitutet IRENE (Institute for Research and Education on Negotiation) och arbetade med fältstudier och projekt kring konfliktlösning och försoningsprocesser i Östafrika. Juris doktor (SJD), Harvard Law School.
Aurélien Colson är Associate Professor vid handelshögskolan ESSEC i Paris och där chef för IRENE som nu ansvarar för att utbilda högre befattningshavare vid Europeiska Kommissionen och vid franska utrikesdepartementet i förhandlingsteknik. Tidigare arbetade Aurélien som sakkunnig åt den franske premiärministern. Doktor i statsvetenskap, University of Kent, samt examina från Sciences Po och ESSEC i Paris.
Erik Wetter är Assistant Professor och lärare i förhandlingsteknik vid Handelshögskolan i Stockholm samt flitigt anlitad som föreläsare och rådgivare i förhandlingsfrågor av företag och offentliga organisationer. Erik är ordförande för SILF Negotiation Institute (SNI) samt kopplad till Försvarshögskolan och IRENE vid ESSEC i Paris. Ekonomie doktor och civilekonomexamen, Handelshögskolan i Stockholm.
