I mars 2020 kände sig Belle Burden trygg och avlappnad tillsammans med sin familj i deras hus på Martha’s Vineyard, där de navigerade pandemins första dagar tillsammans – tände brasor, drack whisky sour och lagade helstekt kyckling.
