Frustrated by what she perceives as her husbands'' ongoing refusal to give her what she needs, Kamia seeks out the guidance of her wise old "Tuta" (her grandmother) who has been happily married to 6 husbands for many years. With Tuta''s help, Kamia soon discovers how four simple questions have the power to turn a reluctant man into a supportive partner while revealing crucial truths about all their attitudes and values. 

Even the most devoted husbands and wives can find themselves feeling like their marriage is not what they want (from/as a spouse)-especially as life becomes complicated by obligations to children, jobs and extended families. The result can be loneliness and frustration for both spouses with neither one feeling supported or understood. Unfortunately, that leaves thousands of decent, loving people unhappy in their marriages. But research has shown that happiness is mostly a factor of how much you feel in control of your own life. And that''s how the "approach" suggested in this book can really help women. By using the recommended "communication strategies", women can overcome their exasperation with resistant husbands (or boyfriends) and gain a real sense of control over the quality of their marriages and the future of their families.
