The Making of Hominology is a detailed work aimed at moving the study of relict hominoids from the fringes of science to a fully recognized scientific discipline—The Science of Hominology. The main author, Dmitri Bayanov (born 1932), worked directly with Professor Boris Porshnev and other early Russian scientists investigating the possible existence of Relict Hominoids. Bayanov’s long journey began in the early 1960s and has continued until this day. This book, covers the subject from the dawn of written communications in Europe and Asia, and then in North America. Dmitri Bayanov coined the term “Hominology” and from the outset has sought to convince the general scientific community that there is enough evidence to support his recommendation. His “arguments” reflect his significant understanding of the subject and depth of his studies. What he presents is truly convincing. From a scientific standpoint, this book is the most important work on Hominology ever written. It is both fascinating and highly educational with a special illustrated section on what we know about North America’s hominoid—the sasquatch or bigfoot.

A highly illustrated presentation on the main findings related to sasquatch or bigfoot creatures. The work traces the possible existence of these creatures from early references found in First Nations art to present day sightings and encounters. Limited Patron Edition a beautiful, limited print run of hand-made, leather bound copies including a numbered signed copy by all authors including the late John Green. Only 25 copies ever produced. Limited Edition Hardcover includes a signed copy by all authors including the late John Green. Meet the Sasquatch is a milestone in the publication of sasquatch information. Never before have so many resources been researched and consulted on the phenomenon, nor have so many associated photographs been published under one cover, many, for the first time. The author and his associates, all active sasquatch researchers, produced the work to accompany an extraordinary exhibit at the Vancouver Museum, Vancouver British Columbia in the summer of 2004. While the last chapter on sasquatch has yet to be written, here is the full story of what we know about the creature to date. The level and quality of research and photographic coverage will amaze both the believers and skeptics alike. Chris Murphy, John Green and Thomas Steenburg have published many papers and over a dozen books on this topic. The supplemental information contributed by other researcher, scientists, artists and technicians makes this a unique publication.

A complete reference on sasquatch in BC, from fossilized footprints and petroglyphs to modern-day sightings and current scientific research. The most comprehensive work on the history of sasquatch in BC, this book includes the earliest fossilized indications of the existence of the creature, every documented sighting and experience, along with complete outlines of research undertaken by both pioneers in the field and modern-day scientists. Historical photos and a 32-page color section. A great reference and also a fascinating read. Early reports in British Columbia were the first to call attention to the possible existence of sasquatch, and such reports have persisted for over two hundred years. This work covers the earliest history of the province to the present day, and draws upon the findings of all major sasquatch researchers in British Columbia and information reported in the press and other media. It also includes important sasquatch-related events that involved BC researchers and their quest to resolve the phenomenon. Several of the great pioneers in the field of sasquatch studies have now passed away. Who they were and their legacy have been provided as both a tribute and a historical reference. This work is intended to be a major reference for the history of the sasquatch in British Columbia. However, it is also a fascinating read for those simply interested in the subject.
