The text of the second edition of Applied Valuation has been completely revised and largely rewritten. As before, a selection of typical examination questions is presented, together with suggested answers, but additional questions have now been provided in each subject area. To aid the reader's understanding of underlying principles, the explanations accompanying each suggested answer, as well as the introductions to each section, have been greatly extended. Questions and answers are arranged separately in subject areas, with a chapter devoted to each.
