Aufgrund der finanziell prekären Situation von öffentlichen Krankenhäusern, werden neue Vertragsmodelle wie Contracting- und PPP-Modelle zur Aufgaben- und Investitionsrealisierung gewählt. Eine „optimale“ Risikoallokation bezogen auf die Betriebskosten von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen muss bei diesen Modellen das Ziel sein. Fabian Theis analysiert die Betriebskosten von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen mit einer fundierten Risikobetrachtung für die Vertragsmodelle Contracting und PPP. Die ermittelten Risiken werden finanziell bewertet, um eine Einschätzbarkeit im Rahmen einer nachhaltigen Projektentwicklung und in Verbindung mit langfristigen Finanzierungsverträgen zu ermöglichen.
