Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2022 im Fachbereich BWL - Rechnungswesen, Bilanzierung, Steuern, Note: 2,3, Hochschule Aalen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Masterthesis hat zum einen das Ziel, einen Uberblick uber die Vorschriften der Rechnungslegungsarten zu geben. Behandelt wird das Handelsrecht mit dem HGB, das Steuerrecht und die International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Hierbei werden jeweils die Bereiche des Ansatzes, der Bewertung und des Ausweises angesprochen und dargestellt. Einfluss finden auch die Vorschriften des BilMoG und die Urteile der Rechtsprechung hinsichtlich der Pensionsverpflichtungen. In diesem Zusammenhang werden auch die Unterschiede zwischen den Rechnungslegungsarten in Bezug auf die o. g. Schlagworte herausgearbeitet. Zum anderen hat die Masterthesis das Ziel, die aktuellen Problematiken im Hinblick auf die betriebliche Altersversorgung fur die Unternehmen zu beleuchten und kritisch zu wurdigen. Das Hauptaugenmerk liegt hierbei auf der Auslagerung der Pensionsverpflichtungen. Es sollen vor allem die Grunde, die fur eine Auslagerung sprechen, die verschiedenen Moglichkeiten des Outsourcing sowie die auftretenden Chancen und Risiken herausgearbeitet werden. Des Weiteren werden die sich bietenden Gestaltungsmoglichkeiten herausgearbeitet und kritisch gewurdigt, auch unter Beachtung der Veroffentlichungen des Bundesministeriums der Finanzen. In der Arbeit wird zunachst auf die Thematik "e;Betriebliche Altersversorgung"e; hingefuhrt. Im Anschluss werden die Grundzuge der betrieblichen Altersversorgung beleuchtet. Hiernach werden die Rechnungslegungsarten nach Handelsrecht, nach Steuerrecht und nach den IFRS bearbeitet. Beginnend mit dem nationalen (deutschen) Handelsrecht wird zunachst auf den Ansatz der Pensionsverpflichtung eingegangen. Danach folgt die Bewertung nach Handelsrecht mit den zugehorigen Bewertungsvorschriften und Wertansatzen nach HGB. In Zusammenhang mit der Rechnungslegung des Handelsrechts werdenauch die Auswirkungen des BilMoG herausgearbeitet. Nach der Behandlung des Handelsrechts wird sich der betrieblichen Altersversorgung im Steuerrecht gewidmet. Wie auch beim Handelsrecht erfolgt die Bearbeitung der Schlagworte Ansatz, Bewertung und Ausweis. In Verbindung mit der steuerlichen Behandlung der Pensionsverpflichtungen werden auch die Ausfuhrungen des BMF mit einbezogen. Die Ausarbeitung der Punkte Ansatz, Bewertung und Ausweis erfolgt anschlie end ebenso in Hinblick auf die Rechnungslegung der International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
