This book examines the extent to which Brexit has impacted upon the operation of the British Constitution, prompting in turn consideration of how some of the factors which contributed to the outcome of the 2016 referendum, as well as the event of Brexit itself, might inform debates surrounding constitutional reform moving forward. The work seeks to make sense of the constitutional implications of Brexit and to revisit some of the key debates that have taken place in respect of particular constitutional reform proposals in order to assess the extent to which recent Brexit-related developments inform the perspectives which are taken upon their merits and prospects. The role of the United Nations in collective security has been evolving since its inception in 1945. This book explores collective security as practiced within the legal framework provided by the United Nations Charter, with a particular focus upon activity undertaken under the auspices of the UN Security Council, the body conferred by the Charter with the primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security. Although the book is primarily grounded in international law, where appropriate it also draws upon relevant political insights in order to present a clear picture of the UN collective security system in operation and the factors which impact upon the way in which it functions.

Offering a comprehensive analysis it considers the full range of measures which can be utilised by the UN in the performance of its collective security remit including military enforcement action, peacekeeping, non-military sanctions and diplomacy. The book considers each of these measures in detail, assessing the legal framework applicable to the form of action, the main legal controversies which arise in respect of their appropriate utilisation, and the UN’s use of this collective security ‘tool’ in practice. The book draws conclusions about the main strengths and shortcomings of the various means through which the UN can attempt to prevent, minimise or end conflict.

This novel is about how we are in the evening time according to the Bible; the evening time is not corresponding to the natural time when the sun starts to go down, but this book is revealing how spiritual darkness will start to overtake the world before Jesus comes for his church. The prophecies that the Bible predicts are arranged in the novel to show how these prophecies will affect people and what Christians will go through whereas the enemy starts to encroach his wickedness and power against Gods people to take control of the whole entire world. If the rapture happens in the middle or end of the tribulation; many Christians will suffer and be executed without mercy according to the book of Revelation. This dramatized noel will reveal the importance of laboring before darkness takes over because trying to work for Christ during the Tribulation will be almost impossible.
